Japan is facing a population crisis, the government enacts the “Breeding Duty Act,” mandating sexual experience for all citizens and assigning “Sex Instructors” to provide hands-on practical training in schools. At an elite all-girls academy where sex education has been neglected, the newly appointed instructor Kobayashi exploits his position to prey on sheltered, naive students under the guise of official guidance — beginning with a virgin student named Yukina Shiramine, whom he manipulates through absurd rationalizations into accepting his “lessons.” He coerces her and others into sex, filming everything for his personal collection while framing it as necessary documentation, and even targets Shiramine’s younger sister as his next victim. The story satirically presents a system where state-mandated sexual education becomes a license for predation, with the instructor gleefully abusing his authority over students who have no frame of reference to question what’s being done to them.
