Joshiochi! 2-kai kara Onnanoko ga… Futtekita!?

Aikawa Sousuke is a weary part-time worker living in a run-down apartment whose only comfort is his young landlady. Annoyed by noise from upstairs, he confronts a cute aspiring actress, and she apologizes. Later, a structural accident leaves her falling through a hole in the ceiling and stuck. His attempt to help turns into an intimate encounter, and both become overwhelmed by unexpected pleasure.
